Sue has lived in the Yampa Valley since the summer of 1992. After earning a Bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University in Ohio she began to travel and work in the resort industry. This enabled her to live in various vacation spots such as Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; Cape Cod, Massachusetts; and Maui, Hawaii. Her love of travel has taken her through Europe, across Canada, and to every State in the Union. Before Sue became a Real Estate Broker in Colorado she worked for several investment companies performing real estate due diligence and has since started her own investment portfolio. Sue is very knowledgeable in the Residential market and serves on two condominium association board of directors. She holds the GRI designation, Graduate of the Realtor Institute.
